RIGGED VIDEO PRESENTATION AND VANDALISM BY TITOUAH SCRUTINY
 1. On April 26, 2020 we have a slab leak. 2. On April 27, 2020 we reported the slab leak to State Farm and First American.  3. On April 30, 2020 Titouah sent by First American, came to do a leak detection survey on the source where the leak comes from. We asked from Titouah for his leak survey report. He refused to give us one. Anyway, we discuss options to repair the leak. First Option is to access the leaking pipe and repair pipe. The cost is $700 and well covered by our insurance policy under First American Home Warranty. The second option is not to repair the leaking pipe but to just to reroute the leaking hot water line outside of the slab so that any leak to that line would easily be detected if ever a leak develop again in the future. But it would entail a $3600 out from our pocket and all insurance proceeds due to slab leak be paid to Titouah. We agreed to do the first option, since it will just cost $700 taken from our insurance coverage.  4. On May 5, 2020 after 5-day daily effort to contact Titouah which all failed, he showed up at about 3:00 pm, bringing along with him 2 helpers and just a big jackhammer.  5. Skipping for a while, the other events unfolded on May 5, 2020 and moving fast forward to May 20, 2020 where the leak on the vertical hot water pipe encased in the slab which Titouah deliberately, and intentionally concealed from us became more apparent. We documented the event through a video shown next : VIDEO 6 MAY 20,2020 HOT WATER LINE LEAK DETERIORATES Video now May 20, 2020 after a couple of weeks, the hot water line leak deteriorates and becomes more apparent and exposed clearly the leak that John, the plumber concealed from us. THE LEAK IS ON THE VERTICAL HOT WATER LINE IN THE SLAB AND NOT UNDER THE FOUNDATION AS HE INFORMED THE ADJUSTERS OF STATE FARM AND FIRST AMERICAN. 6. The fact about the leaking vertical hot water pipe leak encased in the slab which we discovered, then documented on May 20, 2020 was collaborated by a message from First American on May 6, 2020, informing us the following: "Ms. Brual, All Express Plumbing has been authorized to complete the following repairs. Failure: Leaking water underneath dining room hallway. Correction: Access pipe encased in concrete slab and repair pipe.", which showed the pipe break is on the pipe encased in the slab and not a pipe under the foundation.  Wednesday, May 6, 2020 @ 4:11PM Ms. Brual, All Express Plumbing has been authorized to complete the following repairs. Failure: Leaking water underneath dining room hallway. The fact about the leaking vertical hot water pipe leak encased in the slab which we discovered, then documented on May 20, 2020 was collaborated and re-affirmed by a message from First American on October 24, 2020, informing us the following: "Ms. Brual, ............ I have reviewed your claim on your pipe encased in concrete, ......", not a pipe under the foundation.

As the location of the pipe break was well established in items 5, 6 and 7, and moving back in time to May 5, 2020, in the events leading to the live rigged falsified video presentation produced by Titouah and the vandalism perpetrated by Titouah in making an excavation in excess of what is required to project a scene that he had excavated much but found no trace of leak leading him to conclude a statement for the benefit of State Farm that "the leak is from under the foundation" which State Farm relied on to deny our secondary claim for damages. 9. Based on the facts discovered in items 5, 6 and 7, the pipe break location is right here, as shown by PICTURE B, taken by QUICK DRY SERVICES on April 27, 2020.  PICTURE B NOTICE THE SOFT CONCRETE ON TOP OF THE LEAKING SPOT AN INDICATION THAT THE LEAKING LINE HAD UNDERWENT A PREVIOUS REPAIR AND COULD BE OPENED UP AGAIN NO NEED OF HELPERS AND THE JACKHAMMER AND BRINGING WITH HIM JUST A SMALLER ELECTRICAL HAMMER AND MASONRY CHISEL WHICH WOULD NOT SHATTER THE FOUNDATION AND THE WATER LINES IN IT. NOTE THAT HE BROUGHT WITH HIM 2 HELPERS AND A MIGHTY JACKHAMMER NOT REALLY TO REPAIR THE LEAKING HOT WATER LINE BUT DELIBERATELY HIDE IT FROM US AND TO INTENTIONALLY ACCOMPLISH HIS OBJECTIVE TO CREATE AN EXCAVATION TO PROVE THAT THERE IS "NO LEAK IN THE SLAB BUT A SUSPECTED LEAK UNDER THE FOUNDATION" GIVING HELP TO STATE FARM TO ESCAPE SECONDARY DAMAGE LIABILITY AND GETTING FROM FIRST AMERICAN A COSTLIER PIPE REROUTE THAN SIMPLE LEAK REPAIR. Titouah should have used a lighter and smaller electric hammer and drill to access the pipe and repair pipe to avoid damaging other pipes embedded adjacent to it, and he would not need two helpers to do this job.  PICTURE H John Titouah should have just used not a jackhammer but a simple electric hammer and drill to make a hole in the slab to access the leaking pipe in order that to avoid damage to the other pipe systems near to it. 13. Titouah showed up only with 2 helpers and a big jackhammer without any of the needed materials as shown next, for pipe repair showing obviously not to repair any pipe as to do what we have agreed upon but just to make an excavation as an aid to his live video presentation for the benefit of State Farm.     PICTURE C COPPER PIPE, MAP OR PROFANE GAS CANISTER, TORCH AND OTHER SOLDERING MATERIALS COULD NOT BE SEEN ANYWHERE IN ALL THE VIDEOS BUT JUST THE JACKHAMMER AN INDICATION THAT HE INTENDED JUST TO MAKE AN EXCAVATION AND NOT TO REPAIR ANY LEAKING PART OF THE HOT WATER LINE. HE HAD CONDUCTED THE LEAK DETECTION ABOUT 4 DAYS AGO AND OBVIOUSLY KNEW WHERE THE LEAK IS AND HE SUPPOSED TO FIXING THE LEAK BUT HE CAME WITHOUT THESE TOOLS AND MATERIALS, REVEALING OBVIOUSLY HIS INTENTION TO JUST MAKE AN EXCAVATION WITHOUT ANY SHOWING OF LEAK AS EVIDENCE WHERE STATE FARM CAN RELY ON PURPOSELY TO DENY OUR INSURANCE CLAIM AGAINST STATE FARM. 14. As the group started their project, I noticed the helpers are wondering where the leak was where I asked whether the main valve to the water heater is fully open. VIDEO 3 TAKEN 5 MAY 2020 CHECKING IF THE MAIN VALVE TO THE WATER HEATER IS FULLY OPEN.. WE CHECK IT TOGETHER . HE TOLD ME ITS FULLY OPEN ...I PRETENDED TO AGREE WITH HIM BUT IN FACT IT WAS NOT. IT IS JUST SLIGHTLY OPEN WHEN I CHECKED ON IT. I KNOW HOW IT FEEL VALVE OPENINGS BEING A PETROLEUM REFINERY OPERATIONS AND MAINTENANCE MAN FOR 25 YEARS. 15. They continued digging until Titouah showed signs of being in trouble as shown on the next video. VIDEO 4 TAKEN 5 MAY 2020 RATTLED PLUMBER AS HE SAW SOMETHING THAT BOTHERED HIM SO MUCH. HE STOPPED DIGGING. HE FIXED SOMETHING IN THE HOT SIDE OF THE LINE AS HE INSTRUCTED HIS HELPER TO OPEN THE HOT SIDE KITCHEN SINK FAUCET THE PURPOSE OBVIOUSLY IS TO DEVOID THE HOT WATER LINE OF PRESSURE THEREBY HIDING THE LEAK TO US. 16. It appeared that the pipe break shown in VIDEO 6 which we discovered then, documented on May 20, 2020 was exposing itself out. In order to reduce water pressure on the leaking line he instructed his helper to open the kitchen hot side faucet. 17. Next is the shorter clip video from VIDEO 2 focusing on the incriminating audio "He told me to open the faucet." VIDEO 5 TAKEN 5 MAY 2020 INCRIMINATING SENTENCES HOTSIDE....HOTSIDE... THEN THE GUY WENT OUT TO THE KITCHEN SINK. MY DAUGHTER IS ASKING THE GUY WHO WENT TO THE SINK WHAT HE IS DOING. HE ANSWERED, "HE TOLD ME TO OPEN THE FAUCET". hear it again...HE TOLD ME TO OPEN THE FAUCET... 18. Though at this point Titouah had already found the leak, he intentionally concealed it from us as shown on the next video. VIDEO 9 TAKEN MAY 5, 2020 VIDEO SHOWING DELIBERATE AND INTENTIONAL HIDING THE LEAK FROM US THROUGH ORAL DENIAL OF THE EXISTENCE OF LEAK IN THE LINE. HE WAS ASKED WHETHER HE DID FIND THE LEAK ALREADY AND JOHN REPLIED A RESOUNDING "NO, NOT YET". 19. Titouah in order to farther exposing the leaking pipe he moved his digging away from the leaking spot. VIDEO 8 TAKEN MAY 5, 2020 AFTER THE COMMOTION AND OPENING OF THE KITCHEN SINK HOT WATER FAUCET MY DAUGHTER TOOK THE VIDEO OF THE EXCAVATION. NOTICE THAT THE EXCAVATION COVERS ONLY SECTION 1 THEN THIS TIME JOHN STOPPED DIGGING SECTION 1 AND MOVED TO SECTION 2 FARTHER AWAY FROM SECTION 1 20. Titouah after accomplishing the excavation as shown in PICTURE A set his cell phone camera and called up State Farm adjuster who seemed ready to receive his call where Titouah said in effect that "he had dug much and can not find any leak leading to an assumption that the leak is under the foundation". Then, Totouah told us that the State Farm will be contacting us in a matter of about 30 minutes. So, after a while The State Farm adjuster called and told us that based on Titouah's live video presentation and statements our claim for secondary damages is denied due to a leak from under the foundation. Having been denied of our insurance claim for secondary damages we documented through video recordings accounts of Titouah's fraudulent acts as shown on the next video, VIDEO 1, in that same afternoon of May 5, 2020.

CONSIDERATIONS WHY STATE FARM CLAIM SPECIALIST, GORDON LIU MIGHT HAVE PARTICIPATED WITH TITOUAH COMMITTING CRIMES : PAR. 5 DENIAL LETTER dated August 14, 2020Gordon Liu wrote," Your email contains allegations of misconduct by John Titouah. State Farm will not respond to your allegations against John Titouah. However, to the extent you allege State Farm is a party to a crime you allege was committed by John Titouah, State Farm denies that contention. " COMMENTS :
Mere words of denials to the allegations of misconduct by State Farm and Liu are worthless without showing actions proving that State Farm and Liu are not party to crimes committed by Tiouah. TO WIT, AMONG OTHERS: STATE FARM AND LIU ARE MOST PROBABLY PARTY TO HIS CRIMES OF PRODUCING AND DISTRIBUTING A RIGGED FRAUDULENT VIDEO AND BY WAY OF VANDALISM, DIGGING A HUGE EXCESS EXCAVATION MORE THAN WHAT IS REQUIRED TO ACCESS PIPE WITHIN THE SLAB AND REPAIR PIPE, being STATE FARM AND LIU as: 1.
